REGIONAL: 5-Week I-Corps Cohort (Georgia Tech)

About Regional Cohorts:
These programs are formal regional I-Corps course using NSF curriculum; They mirror national methods with regional scope. Completion often grants Nationals eligibility and is considered 'lineage' for Nationals.
About this Program Cohort:
The National Science Foundation (NSF) I-Corps Southeast Hub provides specialized training to teams interested in exploring the commercial viability of their ideas for products and businesses that are based on their own inventions, University Intellectual property, or any STEM-related technology.
The I-Corps program is designed to equip scientists, engineers, and innovators from various fields with the skills to expand their focus beyond the confines of the university laboratory.
This program will be delivered via a Virtual (Online) Format:
- Optional Pre-Program Orientation: Thursday, 10/01 at 3:00 PM EST
- Thursdays, from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM EST: 10/8 - 11/5.

- To test value propositions and customer segments; prepare candidates for Nationals and other funding programs.
- Audience — A best fit for:
- STEM researchers, early-stage founders and local entrepreneurs with a defined technology or service and commitment to structured commercialization training
- Any Pre-Requisites Required?
- N/A
- Having some members on the team with experience conducting industry leader discovery interviews and deeper knowledge about market positioning is highly recommended.
