REGIONAL: NSF I-Corps Cohort (Atlanta University Center/Morehouse)

Join us for an I-Corps Southeast Hub Regional Cohort hosted by Morehouse/Atlanta University Center Consortium (AUCC):

  • About This 5-Week Regional Cohort:

    A five-session AUC regional I-Corps course for faculty, graduate students, and research teams across the Atlanta University Center. The course helps teams test whether research, tools, methods, ventures, datasets, curriculum ideas, devices, or community solutions have real users, customers, partners, or adoption pathways. Participants practice customer discovery, problem framing, interview planning, evidence synthesis, and next-step routing into the broader NSF I-Corps pathway.

    • These programs are formal regional I-Corps course using NSF curriculum; They mirror national methods with regional scope.
    • Completion often grants Nationals eligibility. Is 'lineage' for Nationals
  • Purpose:
    • To test value propositions and customer segments; prepare candidates for Nationals and other funding programs.
  • Audience — A best fit for:
    • STEM researchers, early-stage founders and local entrepreneurs with a defined technology or service and commitment to structured commercialization training
  • Any Pre-Requisites Required?
    • N/A
    • Having some members on the team with experience conducting industry leader discovery interviews and deeper knowledge about market positioning is highly recommended.
